Alchemist's Law

When casting, choose one creature within range you can see. That creature must succeed a Charisma Saving Throw with your spell casting DC or be affected by the following until the end of your next turn:

Nothing comes from nothing, and this spell makes the affected creature  immediately responsible for all actions it takes upon others. The actions an affected creature does to the world affect the creature directly and without delay.

1.) Any and all damage done to others by the affected creature is blocked and reflected into the creature. For example, an enemy assassin using a dagger on the caster would receive the damage (*) instead of the victim of the attack. This effect includes spells such as Fire Bolt as well; Area of Effect spells and non-damaging spells that require saving throws also apply. The damage the affected creature puts out into the world is blocked, but according to the Alchemist's Law is must go somewhere, this spell channels it directly into the affected creature.

2.) Any and all healing the affected creature performs is transferred into the target of the healing spell. However, the life force received is drawn not from the magical energy of the spell slot, which is Absorbed by the Alchemist's Law spell, but from the hit points of the affected creature casting the healing spell. For example, an affected creature casting the spell Cure Wounds on its ally would subtract an equal amount of hit points from themselves as the hit points gained. in this way healing spells cast on self have no net benefit, even though they cost the spell slot. Other forms of magical healing like a Paladin's Lay on Hands is affected this way, but potions of healing are not. 

*All damage taken due to the affects of this spell is force damage that ignores any resistances or immunities. The Laws of the Weave cannot be reduced, worked around, or avoided.
