Veth's Nott-a-bolt

With a whisper and a flick, you conjure a dozen spectral bolts of shadow and solid gloom that float around the caster, ready to be loaded on a crossbow. When a target is hit by a ranged weapon attack using a piece of ammunition, the target takes 2d4 extra psychic damage. In addition, when you shoot one of the bolts at a target that is in dim light or darkness, you make the attack roll with advantage, as the bolt itself pulls towards it's mark

The spell ends when all twelve spectral bolts have been shot.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot 3rd Level of or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for every level above the 2nd.
