Angel Dust

A small orb forms in front of the caster. Thousands of feathers form outside the orb and light emits through the orb turning the feathers into dust. All hostile creatures in range of a 30-foot radius cone take 14d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. All friendly creatures in that range, including the caster, regain hit points equal to half the damage roll to hostile creatures. If the spell is cast at a higher level, add 1d6 for each level.
