Assassin's Step

The caster need only drop the pouch or sack of the components and whisper or just mouth the words "swift and silent" and touch the intended beneficiary of the spell.

The spell's effects last for 1 minute (plus 1 minute for every 3 levels above 3rd.) (2 minutes at 6th level, 3 at 9th level and so on)

The effects are:

a) The affected gains +10' movement

b) allows the affected to disengage without bonus action cost

c) nullifies all terrain movement multipliers (difficult terrain has no effect, except liquids and surfaces that must be climbed)
