Baffling Bird Barrage

A flock of birds flies in, above an area you choose within 60 ft, unleashing a wild volley of poop in a 20 ft.  Each creature in this area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d6 poison damage and is blinded and poisoned for 1 minute.  On a successful save, a creature takes half damage, and is not blinded or poisoned.  A creature can use its bonus action to wipe the poop of its eyes, removing the blinding effect, assuming the creature has an arm, tail, or some appendage that would be capable of wiping its eyes.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell with a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
