Acid trip

you point your finger at a target in range. the target must make a Con. save of 15 or the target in incompasitaded for four hours ( the target can also make con saves until free if they want but it will take there turn. they will also either roll disadvantage or minus 1d4 from the roll) if the target rolls a nat 1 the target takes 1d4 physic damage and can not roll to get out and it is also frieghtened.
