Success. You successfully resurrect the person. They appear at a point you can see with no items and full hit points.
Failure. The spell has no effect
Mishap. Instead of resurrecting the target, roll a d6. On a 1, the caster takes 10d10 necrotic damage. On a 2-5, the caster summon 3d4 mummies, which are hostile and attack the caster. On a six, the caster summons a random fiend.
Disaster. The spell's unpredictable magic warps the area beyond recognition. The area within one mile of the caster is cursed. The curse causes those living in the area to randomly develop a form of long-term madness. The cursed area slowly spreads over time, and can only be destroyed with a Wish spell.
