Blinding Light

Magical bright light beams down from a point you choose within range to fill a 10 ft. radius and 40 ft. tall cylinder for the duration. Dim light spreads in an additional 10 ft. radius. All light spreads around corners. If a creature is within the area of bright light, they are blinded. 

As an action on your turn, you may move the beam of light up to 30 ft.

If any of this spell's area overlaps with an area of light created by a spell of 3rd level or lower, the spell that created the darkness is dispelled.
