Aura of Interrupted Flight

Sluggish energy radiates from you in an aura with a 15-foot radius. Until the spell ends, the aura moves with you, centered on you.

When a hostile creature inside the aura makes a ranged weapon or ranged spell attack, the attack is made at disadvantage. Additionally, the aura slows its flight, halving the possible range for that attack.

When a hostile creature outside the aura makes a ranged weapon or ranged spell attack that passes through this aura, the aura only slows its flight, halving the possible range for that attack.

Creatures with a fly speed consider the inside of the aura as difficult terrain.
