Arcane Pin

You pin an object with dimensions up to 1 cubic feet to a specific location, the object cannot be moved from such location. 

The location cannot be an area smaller than 900 square feet (30 x 30), that is to say that the object moved further away from this area returns to its pinned place.

At higher Levels:

6th: Object dimensions: up to 3 cubic feet & Pin area:  less than 620 square feet (25x25) from object;

7th: Up to 5 cubic feet & Area less than 100 square feet (10x10);

8th: Up to 10 cubic feet & Area less than 25 square feet (5x5);

9th: Up to 15 cubic feet & Object does not move at all (Area less than 1 square feet);

Objects affected by this spell can still be destroyed.
