You gather the magical energy around you and are able to control ice. When you cast this spell you may choose one of the following effects. So long as you maintain concentration you may spend an action to use another effect on your next turn (you may choose the same effect more than once).

- Turn a body of water no bigger than a 15-foot cube to ice

- Move any amount of ice up to 30 feet in any direction any creature that is in the path of the ice must make a Dexterity saving through or take 1d8 damage and be pushed back towards the area the ice is going. 

- Convert an amount of Ice no bigger than a 15-foot cube into either water fog or steam. 

- Make an attack with ice towards a creature if it hits it does 2d8 damage. 

- Restrain a target within a block of ice the target must make a Strength saving throw if they fail then they are restrained until the ice melts or when concentration is lost.
