Belfaelor’s Beverage Enhancement

You touch a beverage of your choice, up to 1 gallon, and it becomes an alcoholic drink. The alcohol content varies depending on the amount of salt you use in the incantation. A pinch of salt gives you the equivalent of a beer, a handful gives you something equivalent to vodka. This spell cannot make a beverage 100% alcohol. 

A side effect of this spell is any beverage that would otherwise be safe to drink can no longer be contaminated by bacteria or viruses.
