Burning soul

You transfer someone's soul into the puppet by sayng his name while putting the emerald into it, then you burn it. Doing this will inflict to the victim (that you need to know or have seen before) 5d10 fire damage and 3d5 necromancy damage, but if you don't burn it, but you rip it into pieces then the victim will recive 5d10 necromancy damage.
