You create a magical ball of air that you or one creature of your choice can ride. You have to concentrate on it, otherwise it’ll be gone. You can cast this as a one hour ritual spell to make one that you don’t have to concentrate on. You can concentrate on up to 10 air scooters at a time. The air scooter is dispelled with dispel magic or anti-magic field. While writing it it has a flying speed of 60 feet, I can hover, but can’t go more than 1 foot off the ground.
