You pull energy from the void, inflicting it in the minds of up to up to six creatures of your choice you can see within range, weighing their minds down like an anchor. Each creature must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, the creature is restrained as long as the anchor remains.

If one creature bound by the anchor is hit by an attack and takes damage, each other creature anchored takes psychic damage equal to 1d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This damage cannot be reduced in anyway.

At the end of each creature's turn, it can make an Intelligence saving throw ending the effect on a success

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot above 3rd
