For the duration, while concentrating at the start of each of the targets turns they may roll 1d8 + half the targets Constitution Modifier (minimum. 1) and regain hit points equal to their total roll. This spell can only be casted in-combat. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level, the target(s) may add their full constitution modifier instead of half when regaining hit points.
