You attempt to do, speak or shout something really silly, magically distracting 2 enemy creature that can see and hear you. The targets have to succeed in a Wisdom Saving Throw, on a fail the creature have disadvantage on Constitution Saving Throws for concentration spells, and can't cast concentration spells neither take their reactions until the next turn, giving disadvantage to any type of attacks and perception checks.

 

 If a creature with the disadvantage misses an attack it takes 1d6 of Psychic Damage.

Casting with a 2nd spell slot or higher you can add 5 feet to the maximum range and affect one more creature per spell slot level.
