The spell caster has learned his way around a "Goblin Court" and must have a proper Goblin Law Degree, on their persons, and notarized by an elected Goblin Chieftain Official. When the requirements are met, the user may enact the full force of Goblin Law on all of those within a 30(FT) distance. The offending parties have disadvantage on attack rolls, including of opportunity, against the caster and their clients (those who actively have the casting lawyer on retainer or current service) for the duration of the spell. The caster gains proficiency in Deception, Intimidation, Persuasion and Performance. The caster adds (+2) to STRENGTH to the first attack on each enemy within the spells duration. The caster adds (+2) to their AC score.
Those that are Goblin Law Degree holders, clients, "Lawg-Booke" signers, and creatures with an intelligence of 22 or higher or not effected by this spell. After any hours fighting for your clients rights, you have become adept at getting your point made in court. Goblin Law has afforded you the ability to stand strong on your high ground while you destroy the weak attorney that dares challenge you in the court of war.
