Ciril's Touch

The Master Mage Ciril dips his thumb into his pouch of golden dust and touches your forehead as he recites an incantation. The effects are not felt and there is no visible mark left on the area touched. As a result from this action you now have a telepathic bond with Ciril. This ability can be used twice in a 24 hour period. Ciril can locate the touched by scrying for 3 minutes. Once a day Ciril can see through the eyes of a touched subject for 1 minute by mediatating for 5 minutes.

Anything with Ciril's Touch can move through the Temple of Light without activating the inner defenses. However one must posess either Lukian or Ciril's ring to enter the Master Mage's quarters.
