Bludgeoning

Touching an object or a creature, you cause them to be extremely hard to knock over or move. The creature can only move half their movement speed but cannot be knocked prone or shifted from their spot as they become impossibly heavy and rooted to the ground for the duration of the spell. They do, however, gain an additional 1d4 damage when dealing bludgeoning damage to creatures while under the effects of this spell. To move an unconscious creature or an object affected by this spell make a Strength check versus the wizard’s spell save DC. If the creature is standing on unstable ground that would collapse under extreme weight the ground is destroyed and the creature falls, taking two times the amount of fall damage.

At Higher Levels: For every level cast using a spell slot above first level add an additional 1d4 damage when using bludgeoning damage. The save DC gains a bonus of +2 when cast with a spell slot above five, and a +4 if using a 9th level spell slot.
