Alter Elf (final edition)

This spell is learned by being read, however, it is not only wizards who can learn this spell. Everybody with magical arcane energy-powers flowing through their fingernails can learn this. 

But, if you are an elf and read the spell words, you will go clinically insane. "Elf" includes, but is not limited to High elves, low elves, deep elves, wood elves, Eladrin, drow, and orcs (controversial, I know) 

This spell grants you the power to change an elf if it is 10 (or fewer) feet away. You can give the elf horns, fangs, maybe six tounges. The only limit is your imagination. You can even turn them into water, however, this will not harm them, in any way. You can grow the elf up to 10 feet or shrink it down to 2,5 feet, but if you try to step on the mini elf, he or she will magically transform back to normal size (and probably be pretty mad at you).  

Altered unarmed strikes do either 1d6 slashing, bludgeoning, or piercing.
