You call upon the judgement of your deity to smite an enemy within range. Your target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, it takes 3d6 thunder damage and cannot take reactions until the start of your next turn. On a success, it takes half as much damage and no other effects.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional enemy for every 2 spell slots above 1st.
