Bahamut's Blast

With an utterance of the Draconic tongue, a 6 inch wide beam of bluish silver light streaks from your mouth in a straight line for 30 ft. Each creature in its' path must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes radiant damage equal to 12d6 on a failed save, or no damage on a successful one. If the amount of damage dealt to a creature is half or more of their max HP, the creature is reduced to 0 HP and is disintegrated. A disintegrated creature and everything it is wearing and carrying, except magic items, are reduced to a pile of fine gray dust. Any non-magical object or structure in the way of the blast is left with a 6 inch wide hole through it (depending on the material, DM's discretion).
