Every ally of you (including yourself), standing within this field, gains 1d8 onto any spell attack roll, and all creatures hit by spells cast from within this field, gain a -1d4 to their saving throw, if any is required.

All Cold damage from spells cast within this field, deals an additional 1d4 Cold damage.
