Arituk's Blast of Mending

You can point at a creature within range, and a blast of icicles will form from you and blast towards the target, but before impact, the icicles will form into a mass of magic ice and snow, and become a layer of thin ice that can be seen around the target, which will protect them and repair them if need be. The target gains +2 to their AC for the duration, and they also gain an additional 2d20 temporary hit points. If the target was affected by any debuffs caused by spells or other magical origins, it will be negated, unless it has been cast at a higher level than this spell.

For higher levels. For each level it is cast at, above 3rd, the chosen target gains an additional 1d20 temporary hit points for the duration.
