Age Thief

The spellcaster concentrates on a creature within a radius of 30 feet and no bigger than Large that they can see. In order to prolong their own life they steal the potential lifeforce energy of the target. For this spell to work the target has to be incapacitated and both the spellcaster and target cannot leave the designated area.

The spellcaster circles the 30 feet radius with a piece of chalk and scribes runes on the ground channeling the necromantic energy of the Plane of Death. Afer the spellcaster finishes the circle they place the hourglass containing the powdered dragon scale in the middle of the circle. The spell is completed when the powdered dragon scale fully goes through the hourglass. After this the remaining lifeforce energy of the most northern creature within the circle transfers to the most southern crature within the same circle, provided they both are target and spellcaster respectivly. At the end of the spell the target of the spell can choose to make a Wisdom saving throw or loose his lifeforce energy. If another creature steps into the circle before the spells is completed the spell fails.

If the target failed his saving throw they will lose their remaing life in the next 30 days, rapidly growing older until they die of old age. The years the target used to have lived now belong to the spellcaster who will not age for this duration. The spellcaster can choose to give the lifeforce energy back (no action required), which does not stop the aging process. At this point nothing short of Wish spell can restore the original age of the target. If the spellcaster however is killed before he can give the lifeforce energy back the target reverts to the same age they were when the spell was cast.
