You begin dancing a sensual dance to draw the attention of all foes nearby. All hostile foes within 30' must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they have disadvantage on all attacks that do not target the caster.
As a reaction, while concentrating on this spell, you can shift into the Nullifying Tap Dance to halve the damage of the triggering attack for one friendly target within 30' (including the caster). This immediately ends the spells effect.
