When a spell of fire evocation of 3rd level or lower is cast within 30 feet, the Transmuter may use a reaction to transmute the spell's fire into a healing aura, causing its potential fire damage to instead restore hit points for its targets. If the triggering spell requires a saving throw, this is rolled normally, and a creature making a successful save is healed according to the rules of the triggering spell. For example, when targeted by this spell, the damaging fire of Fireball will instead heal 8d6 hit points of damage, and a creature successfully saving against the spell would be healed for half the spell's damage roll.
This spell cannot increase a creature's maximum hit points.
This spell is effective against evocations of fire only. Breath weapons, natural fire, and any magical fire not created through evocation are not affected.
Evocations cast at a level above 3rd are not effected by this spell.

Posted Aug 9, 2018I like the concept of this, however, execution is choppy. Evocation fire spells is a tad specific, how about when a spell deals fire damage.
I think the reaction should be when a creature takes fire damage. This allows you not to include specifications about the saving throw as the spell would already have been cast.
The last three paragraphs are unnecessary as they talk about things that have already been discussed.
