Arcane Clock

The user holds out their hand towards the Sun or Moon and pulls down, they then touch the Glass Disk which gains the markings of a clock, saying what time of the day it is.

when at 2nd l zevel it also tells the Day, At 5th level it tells the Month, and at 8th level it tells the Year.
