Arcane Clock

The user holds out their hand towards the Sun or Moon and pulls down, they then touch the Glass Disk which gains the markings of a clock, saying what time of the day it is.

when at 2nd level it also tells the Day, At 5th level it tells the Month, and at 8th level it tells the Year.
