Azomy's All-Knowing Tome

When you cast this spell you create a 30ft. radius sphere, centered on yourself. Any creature within range must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or have their information written in the tome in a language of your choice,  this spell can pass through walls and effects invisible creatures.

Any friendly creature holding the tome can use an action to read the stat block of any one creature recorded, though these are the base stat blocks and any abnormalities found in the creatures are not recorded. 

The stat blocks are recorded starting from the lowest challenge rating creature to the highest and each stat block takes up 1 page in the tome. If there aren't enough pages to fit all the stat blocks, the tome will record as many as it can before it runs out of pages. 
Once the spell ends the pages of the tome will go blank once more and the diamond is consumed. 

At higher levels.  When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher, the radius of the sphere in which creatures are recorded increases by 30ft. for each slot above 7th.
