Arqe's Barrage of Critters

You send a prayer to your deity and unleash holy might from the object you used to cast the spell. A swarm of small animals (bats, birds, cats, etc.) burst forth from the object in a 15-foot-cone. Each creature hostile to you has to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 3d10 radiant damage. The critters remain on the far edge of the cone. At the start of your next turn, they attack every creature hostile to you within 5 feet of them. Make a melee spell attack for each enemy. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 slashing or piercing damage (your choice). The critters then disappear back into the pendant, amulett or ring from whence they came.
