Colossification

You touch a willing creature, of size Tiny or Small, and gently whisper words of ancient power to it. The creature grows to incredible proportions, gaining the following benefits for the duration of the spell:

• The creature's size becomes Gargantuan. If it is in a space not large for this size change, the creature makes a Strength check, using the colossifcation Strength score, to break through the surrounding material. (DM determines DC based on characteristics of the space) The creature otherwise attains the maximum possible size in the space available.
• The creature gains an additional 20 feet in height.
• The creature's Strength and Constitution Scores increase to 26.
• The creature's hit point maximum increases by 200.
• The creature can take an additional Attack action on each of its turns.
• The creature gains an unarmed strike attack that deals 34 (4d12 +8) bludgeoning damage.
• The creature ignores difficult terrain when taking a movement.
