Cards effected will gain the ability to hover, move a speed of 30 ft, taking the most optimal path to the caster. The cards have HP of 1 and AC of 18 and take no action to defend themselves if attacked. This effect can also be cast as a ritual.
By casting this spell as 3rd level, damaged or destroyed cards are brought anew within your grasp.
If you cast this spell at 5th level, spending 30 minutes and with a cost of 10g per card, cards held by others or within in other dimensions immediately appear within the caster's deck. The caster can decide whether the cards are destroyed or duplicated.
