You imbue the power of a rank into a phrase giving you that power when you say it to someone. This phrase can be up to a sentence long, and usually is an introductory phrase, (e.g. I am ___, or We are ___) and when said is the equivalent of flashing your credentials or showing your symbol of power. This spell does not make anyone who hears it believe you to be a monarch, but it does allow you to get into places without needing an invitation, or give a small order to someone of a low rank in the system. The phrase only works if said by you, and it uses a spell slot of your lowest available level when used, but it lasts indefinitely.
