When a 3rd level or lower spell effect within 60 feet of you causes fire damage to one or more creatures, you use a reaction to transmute the spell's fire into a healing aura, causing its potential fire damage to instead restore hit points for its target(s). For example, when targeted by this spell, the damaging fire of Fireball will instead heal up to 8d6 hit points of damage for those creatures within that spell's area of effect.
