Make a ranged spell attack against a target within range. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 fire damage. The target also makes a Constitution saving throw, on a failed save they are burned and take 2d4 fire damage after they take the attack action, or cast a spell. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn to end the burning effect.
