Blazing Hell

Target an area within range, a 30 ft. sphere is created their and all targets must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save they are burned and take 4d4 fire damage after they take the attack action, or cast a spell and they also take 6d10 fire damage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn to end the burning effect. On a successful save they aren't burned and only take half damage.
