Your touch stills in time a Huge or smaller creature or an object weighing up to 1,000 pounds. A creature can make a Constitution saving throw to avoid being clockstopped. A clockstopped target is fixed in place. It doesn't move, even if it is defying gravity. It is immune to all damage, unaware of the passage of time, and it can't be harmed or affected in any way. The target can support up to 10,000 pounds of weight. More weight causes the spell to end.
If the target is a creature, it is also incapacitated for the duration. The target can make a Constitution saving throw against the spell at the end of each of its turns. On a success, the spell ends. A creature can choose to fail this saving throw.

Posted Nov 28, 2022I like the spell, but 4th level seems a little low. I think making this a 6th level spell would balance it a bit better.
