once the spell is cast the victim makes a charisma through against the casters charismer on a failled save the victim becomes attracted to the caster and will go out of there way to meet there needs and fufill there wishes on a succesfull  save the victim beomes distrusting of the caster and on a save 5 above the casters charismer they become aggressive towards them
