Animate Broom

You touch a simple broom. The item gains a flying speed of 10 feet for the duration. When the spell ends, the item falls if it is still aloft, unless caught. It can carry up to 400 pounds, but its flying speed becomes 10 feet while carrying over 200 pounds. The broom stops hovering when you land. You can send the broom to Travel alone to a destination within 1 mile of you if you speak the Command Word, name the location, and are familiar with that place. The broom comes back to you when you speak another Command Word, provided that the broom is still within 1 mile of you.

At Higher Levels. The Broom's movement increases by 10 ft each level you reach after level 1 until level 5 in which maximizes at 50 ft of flight. Additionally, carrying capacity with flight increases by 5 ft per level until level 5 which causes movement to be 30 feet when carrying over 200 pounds.
