Arcane Attack Aircraft

You conjure a bolt or arcane energy which morphs into a wing of 8 miniature spectral aircraft. Then select a number of targets equal to or less than the number of planes within range and allocate a number of planes to each target, then make a ranged spell attack for each aircraft and deal 1d4 force damage per plane on a hit.

At Higher levels: increase the number of planes in the wing by 3 for each level above 2.
