Arcane Binding

You make a ranged spell attack against a creature that you can see within range. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 force damage and the bolt continues traveling through the target 20 feet. If the bolt continues and hits a solid barrier the hit target is stunned until the end of their next turn.

If the bolt continues and goes towards a creature within 20 feet, the new creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or both creatures are stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, neither creature is stunned.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
