Arcane Bubble

You throw a bubble of arcane energy at a creature within range. You make a ranged spell attack roll, on a hit, the target takes 5d4 force damage and the creature is stunned until the end of its next turn. The creature has vulnerability to the next damage taken during the stun, and if this damage is taken the stun ends.

If the range spell attack roll misses, the bubble pops and marks a 10 foot radius at the end of the range of the spell. If a creature starts its turn in the space or enters it, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw or suffer the affects of the spell.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 4th.
