You call forth arcane power to smite down your foes. At the start of every turn, all enemies within 60 feet of you are struck by an arcane bolt, dealing 1d4 plus your spelling casting modifier in force damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
