Elemental air begins to swirl around you, forming a protective cloak of wind. Until the spell ends, you remain shrouded in the cloak and gain the following benefits:
- Ranged weapon attacks made against you are done so with disadvantage. Your ranged weapon attacks are unaffected.
- Any Large or smaller creature that enters a space within 5 feet of you must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is pushed 5 feet away. On a successful save, the creature is not pushed. Conversely, if you enter a space within 5 feet of a creature, it is unaffected by the wind.
Additionally, gases (such as fog, smoke, and vapor) within 10 feet are dispersed, and unprotected flames within 10 feet are extinguished.
As a bonus action, you can end the spell by redirecting the wind at a creature within 60 feet. That creature must make a Strength saving throw, taking 6d4 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If a Large or smaller creature fails the save, that creature is also pushed up to 10 feet away.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 2nd level.
