You sacrifice 5 hit points and make a melee weapon attack as a part of casting this cantrip. You deal an extra 1d10 additional damage if you hit with the attack. If you are able to make more than one attack using the Attack Action, you may make attacks equal to the amount you are normally allowed, sacrificing an additional 5 hit points per attack for 1d10 damage for each attack after the first.
If you attack with a bonded weapon while casting this cantrip, you deal an additional amount of damage equal to your spellcasting modifier per successful attack.
If you fail to hit a target with a melee attack using this cantrip, any sacrificed hit points are lost. If you are reduced to 0 hit points as a result of using this cantrip, after you make a melee attack in which you sacrificed hit points, you die.
