When attuning to a magical item, the caster separate from the one attuning to the item can cast this spell alongside them. All members of the individuals immediate family (defined here as spouse, blood related children, their spouses, and any "on the heart" relations.) will be able to use the item immediately as if they had already personally attuned to the magic item.
Upon passing a spell check (DC 15, and then at DM discretion) This effect can be applied to non-item based magical effects, such as a barrier excluding others.
This spell is most effective when cast when an item or effect is initially being attuned to. However, with the enchanted individual's consent or intimate enough knowledge of "contract breaking" it is possible to add these conditions to already established magical contracts, although extremely difficult (DC 25 arcana check).
