War Cry

You let loose a war cry inviting challenge to those within a 10 ft cone. Every creature within the cone must make a wisdom save equal to your spell save DC or be forced to use one attack or spell that targets you per turn. They can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns ending the spell on a successful save. For every creature affected by the spell you can add your spell modifier (minimum of 1)  to a pool of temporary hit points that you can use.
