Cassandra's Remote Projection

You invoke a connection between a surface and the cat's eye, allowing them to be connected no matter the distance.

You focus on the two objects for ten minutes imbuing them with the ability to connect. While connected in this manner, whatever the cat's eye sees is projected onto the surface in real-time.  As an action, you can speak a command word, and temporarily sever the connection, restoring the surface to its original state. The connection can then be restored by repeating the command word as an action.

Creatures or areas under the effects of items such as amulet of proof against detection and location appear on the image, but their forms are blurred and never clear enough to be identified.
